The Founder

Yannick Costechareyre

Yannick Costechareyre — at the crossroads of matter and consciousness.

In 1998, after fourteen years in the field — civil engineering, architecture, construction — first as an employee then independently, Yannick Costechareyre founded Irrinium.

Twenty-eight years later, his work still consists of connecting what the world separates. From character real estate to human accompaniment, a single question guides him: what makes a place, a project, a team truly alive?

Attentive since childhood, he developed early on a sensitive perception of the interactions between beings, places and their environments. Throughout his journey, this sensibility led him toward a deep exploration of human consciousness and the dynamics that influence individual and collective behaviours.

Far from opposing technical rigour, it preceded it, guided it, made it more accurate.

In 2022, he founded the Laboratoire Conscientiel — a space for research, experimentation and transmission around consciousness and its interactions with the living.

He is currently writing La Sageocratie, a forthcoming work that gathers the thought irrigating every activity of Irrinium.
